I did a review that gave only a one star but within 24 hours my complaint and problem was solved and I had a brand new replacement. The original sent me was broken and in flimsy original packaging. Customer service elevated the complaint and to my surprise replaced it with exactly what I ordered, with added FedEx packaging, the NEXT DAY! It is exactly what I ordered and the quality is excellent. It is not heavy weight, it is deliberately lightweight and that is what I wanted for the piece of fabric that I am going to place in it. There is a translucent mounting piece on the back of the frame which should be very easy to use.

I'm not super impressed with this floating picture frame. It is made of extremely flimsy plastic and is somewhat difficult to open and load your art into. It also scratches easily. However, it does work. I do have it up on the wall with art in it. Just know, you get what you pay for, and you are not paying for or receiving a high-end product here.

Though I was disappointed that the frame is made with cheap materials and absolutely no glass, once put my certificate in and hung it on the wall I was happy with how it looked and a few coworkers specifically asked about the frame to get their own. Good way to show your certs without being flashy.

You get what you pay for. It is one piece of glass for the front and a think plexi glass sheet with a plastic hanger on the back. The edges are four plastic pieces that meet at the corners and go on individually. We’ll see how long it lasts but it’s fine for now. I would not get this for something of value.

Second purchase of this frame. Works really well. Low profile, easy to set up. Great for non-standard sized pictures too. Pictures stay in place. Front sheet is glass. Back sheet is thin acrylic, and has a bit of static that secures it in addition to side rails. Side rails can be painted. Rails are narrow, and even with the same sized picture you don't lose edges like you would in a standard frame. Fastening area on back is notched, works with both a regular hanger, and a nail.

24x24 floating frame was exactly what I was looking for however it looks like it was dropped and one of the corners was crushed. Unfortunately it was covered by the outside frame piece so I didn’t notice it until I went to go use it which was after the return window.
