Damaged or Defective items
On the rare occasion that your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, you must contact us by clicking here, within 14 days of receipt for us to be able to immediately send you a return shipping label and a replacement. Note that if you don’t contact us within this timeframe, we will not be able to offer this amazing guarantee. Your replacement will be prepared and shipped upon the delivery of your defective product to the career center. All defective items cost run by us, so you just have to worry about choosing the right colors for your amazing project.
