Frame is good but don't like the hanging method for smaller frames

The frame looks nice, especially for how dirt cheap it is. but i really prefer it to have an actual sawtooth hanger on the back (like the larger ones have) instead of a hole in the clasp or whatever that holds the back in the frame snugly.taking off one star for that but still happy with my purchase

Beware - Dimensions not as advertised…

The frame itself appears to be good quality, but I was disappointed to find that the mat board opening is not 11”x17” as advertised. The actual opening measures approximately 10.5”x16.5”, which cuts off important parts of my 11x17 signed theater poster. Unfortunately, the signatures around the edges are obscured by the mat. It would have been helpful if the true mat dimensions were clearly stated in the product description. Also, the company does not offer direct customer service. Customer service is limited to refund/replace from the place of purchase.

My new go-to brand for frames

Wow. Impressed with the quality of these frames. Metal with solid glass. Using for artwork which looks great in them. I didn't use the matting which was easy enough to remove. Love the pressure snap closures on the back. Only improvement would be a thicker backing but its current backing is like all other frames unless you are getting an really expensive one. Hence price point on this which is excellent. That being said the pressure closures actually reinforce the backing which offsets the material. So you get a great looking frame with quality build out of solid materials at a very reasonable cost. I am and have bought more. My new go-to brand for frames.

Excellent quality, warm prints!!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the prints and frames. It was shipped UPS straight from the store in NY. The colors are amazing (can’t tell so much from the photos) and I’ve received lots of compliments. Hardware is already attached so you just need the nails.

I’m not someone who spends a lot of time writing reviews but I felt it necessary for this set. I went back & forth on ordering this for weeks because I had concerns about the price & the quality. I am so happy with this purchase. The set was packaged nicely & shipped quickly. For the price, the quality is on point & I had no problems putting the set on my wall. My living room is a whole vibe. If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed.

Item came nicely packaged, shipped and delivered within a few days as promised, and is very well made and easy to use.
So easy to display artwork, pictures, notes, etc. just open the front display door, insert item into holding bands, and shut door. Love that you can easily change the displayed item as needed.

Great quality with excellent customer service

I bought two frames here because I like that they're modest, easy to keep uniform, and not very expensive. Great frame if you're looking for those three things. The third came I ordered came in broken, which was disappointing BUT I told customer service and before I could even ask for a replacement one was on its way, no questions asked! So great product and great customer service too!
